About

Hello! I am a 27 year old dance photographer based out of Sacramento, CA. I work with all ages of dancers through out Northern California with a emphasis on the greater Sacramento, region, which includes photoshoots in Roseville, Elk Grove, Natomas, West Sacramento, and Rocklin. I also travel up and down the West Coast, and you can book dance photoshoots in many popular cities like Salt Lake City, Portland, Phoenix, Seattle,Reno, and Las Vegas. I also spend weekends in Southern California where many go my dance clients live and train.

I take a different approach to dance photography. My goal is to capture the spirit of kids doing what they love, while making them look like artist. I believe no child is too young to showcase the beauty and artistry in dance. You’ll often find my photos have creative edits, unique locations, and props, that all work to tell your dancers story and highlight their passion.

I’ve been a dance exclusive for 7 years and take pride in being one of the only photographers in the Sacramento region that specializes exclusively in dance. On average I shoot about 350 dancers a year, with the intent to give them each a personalized, magic experience. I aim at making each kid shine in their own way, and embrace their natural talents. You do not have to be flexible or a certain age to shoot with me, just passionate. Inclusion is one of my main goals in shooting dancers.

You can find my work featured on many brands websites and, social media pages. I have worked with numerous well known brands such as Details Dance wear, Tiger Friday, Patrick J, Blue Water, HONEYCUT, Simply Be , AK dancewear, and many more. My work has been featured many other places, including published in magazines and online publications. I have advanced knowledge on creating images that help children be seen and secure brand deals and relationships. Dancers often use my photos for auditions with both agencies and dance companies. Many of my clients have gotten professional jobs using my photographs.

Aside from taking photos, I work with kids full time and am working towards a degree in child development. I feel like this knowledge helps me align and create a environment that flows during the shoot. Making sure your child is comfortable is step one of having a good shoot.
